I have a water softner and a reverse osmosis that both came from Ecowater, and I have never had a problem in the 15 years that I have owned them. I am absolutely happy with the product and have never had to have a repair man out to my house to repair my water softener or reverse osmosis. In fact,I had just bought one for my eldery parents, and if I did not believe in the product I would not have bought them. I would gladly own another water softener from Ecowater, and would recommend Ecowater to my freinds and family. 1290e73
