The name of this person is Elaine Bernard Steitz?. If you are wanting to do business with this company please do yourself a favor and google her name prior to doing so:.
This person was convicted of embezzeling from a Foster Care Agency|. This company is doing business without a contractors license'. They are using another persons license to business with in California!. Norman Frisch used to be the owner but has retired'. Now a convicted Felon is running the business. Do not let these people into your home.

I have tried to get a leak fixed for months and I had to call a plumber to fix it.then I found out that there manager Elaine is the same women who stole from a non profit children's foundation, genesis. II wish I would of done my homework. Keep very clear of this company Not nice people. |

The Manager Elaine is rude, and always has something bad to say about everybody around the office. I can not believe if this Mike guy is the upstanding person that you claim him to be, that he would let someone like this lady treat everyone around so rudely. I am not buying that he is a nice, and respectable person. She is a very rude and condasending person and he knows it. Do not do business with these people. They are bad-bad-bad people. |

I can truly say that it is the best system for water treatment out there. They carry the best warranty all the way around and do stand behind it. If they come to your home with a charge behind it, its because it wasnt covered. The techs as well as the service dept are very polite. Sometimes customers dont walk away happy because they want everything for free and just like every other company out there they have to charge for service rendered. I would still recommend Eco Water to everybody I know intrested in buying water treatment. Do your research before you buy, in fact they insist on it. After doing so you will agree we have the best equiptment, warranty, service, and are always aiming to please the customer...Thank You...Nicole Fletcher |

Our equipment was installed almost 6 mo ago and we have never had a problem. |

I have a leak and my unit is only 3 months old, they want to charge me to come to my house. I am not going to pay them for their mess up. It is suposed to be under guarantee. I am going to report them to the state for this fraud. |
