1. Written by Nunyabiz on May 1, 2012 from raleigh, north carolina, US EcoWater is nothing but a scam. These people try to get into your home and make you buy a $8000 system that is probably refurbished in the first place and that they got for thousands less. I went into the office one day and heard the so called CEO, Julie Rosling I think is her name, cursing at another employee. The poor employee looked like she was about to cry. I have submitted complaints to their corporate office as well as the Better Business Bureau. Do not get involved!!!
2. Written by alishamae01 on March 15, 2012 from raleigh, north carolina, US My complaint has nothing to do with the company or the product itself. It is with the owner or general manager or whoever my husband talked to on the phone after the water testing was done by a great salesperson. He was such a good salesperson, that if my husband hadn't been called "dumb or dumber" by the general manager, we might be willing to pay $8000 for a Eco Water Treatment system. However, just because we think about our investments before signing papers, apparently we are either "dumb or dumber." Well, using our obviously poor IQ levels, we will do our best to never recommend this place to anyone, only because such rude people do not deserve our good business or that of our friends. I've even signed up for this website specifically to warn others against Eco Water in Fayetteville NC. Don't reward bad behavior with YOUR money, because you don't know how you'll be treated once it's THEIR money. ![]()

Written by AKA: TAZ on February 1, 2012 from -, -, US I do have some news for most of you that speak badly.. if you work in this kind of business than i will let it pass.. but i bet most of you don't. yes the things that the telemarketers say are scripted. its part of the job. techs is also but most just go with the flow. the city wants you to think they test it "hourly or weekly"...but got some news for you they DON'T they test it every year because of the fact that it cost money to do it. just think that is thousands of gallons of water. 2nd yeah some of the workers in the fayetteville have some nasty mouths on them but that is the true nature of people..get over it...yeah they could be more professional about it..but thats who they are..and for those who complain about the telemarkters calling you than put your name on the federal do not call list..now understand this is not to attack people but the way you guys are posting it is kind of like you are attacking the people who work there....we are just trying to make money just like anyone else...for those who bought and love the product we provide thank you guys and i wish you guys the best in the future...if you have any questions regarding the product or water testing please Don't hesitate to ask at your nearest EcoWater building...Thank you and God Bless |
4. Written by CRR on January 30, 2012 from clovis, california, US Bought my EcoWater 10 years ago. I am now overdo for a new filter under the sink, and check up on the machine in the garage. The system was 3,800 back then. The glass on the shower stall has stayed pretty nice, but like I say it's time. Just wanted to see what was going on at this point. Maybe I'll change the filters by going through Sears myself. ????
5. Written by Melissa & Toby on January 13, 2012 from fayetteville, north carolina, US We purchased our system almost a year ago. We absolutely LOVE the system! There hasn't been one issue with our system to date and we couldn't be happier with the results (especially with a baby who gets eczema really easily on his legs from baths). However, I will say the customer service from the Fayetteville office is not quite up to par. Part of their "discounted" rate requires you to give them 10 referrals and in return you get $100 for each one that signs up. I personally know that a friend we listed signed up, because they told us, and we have yet to be able to get my referral money from them.
6. Written by The Real Deal on January 5, 2012 from -, -, US The product is excellent. The company and it's owners are horrible. I could tell stories... Jules and her wife Melissa just hateful liars. Jules and her complete lack of people skills and Melissa and her sales pitch to prospective employees that includes her success and beautiful horse ranch, but does not include the fact that she is the life partner or Jules and Jules had those things when they met. The only reason they are in business is because they are selling a quality product. If you look pass them and to the product, you won't regret the differnce it will make in your life and home.

8. Written by Dale of Annapolis on November 7, 2011 from baltimore, maryland, US The Ecowater dealer in Central Maryland is great. We've had our system for about a decade. Effective equipment, timely and professional service, and reasonable pricing! What's not to like!
9. Written by Lynn on October 20, 2011 from overland park, kansas, US I am considering going to work for them. I just wanted to check them out first. There are mixed reviews on this site but when I checked BBB there are NO REVIEWS at all. If they are so bad why aren't there complaints on BBB site??? ![]()
10. Written by Allie on October 18, 2011 from jacksonville, north carolina, US I think people should just avoid doing business with that specific office in Fayetteville, NC. If done with a proper scientific test, almost every person will have some kind of problem with their water. Even those with water that comes from a water treatment plant. I don't know of any residential water filtration system that is going to remove all the dissolved solids, microscopic particulate, or take out all the calcium and magnesium ions that cause hard water. Hard water is just that because the presence of ions that are leached from minerals where you water is stored (like an aquifer). Soft water is only water that contains fewer ions than hard water. You will NEVER be able to remove ions (especially cations) from water because they bond to the negatively charged oxygen molecules in water. It is also VERY difficult to removed dissolved solids and micro particulate unless you have laboratory quality filter paper. You need a filter paper with a porosity of only microns, and the only proper way to use that is with a vacuum pump. For those of you that have health problems associated with your water, you may want to check the source which your water comes from. If there are fertilizers, chemical runoff, pesticides, household wastes from your backyard or landfills, or contamination from underground tanks like gasoline tanks, then it may be wise for you to treat at the water source or have a filtration system. If you want pure water that you don't have to run through a filter....buy distilled from the grocery store. Don't waste your money on filtration systems (especially the $8,000 this company wants from you) unless you really have a need for it (health issues). As Americans we have some of the safest and most clean water in the world. If you live in an area where your water comes from a treatment plant then it is perfectly safe to drink (the plants have VERY strict regulations), and it is treated for protists, bacteria, microscopic harmful algae, and parasites, just to name a few. The natural processes of oxidation, dilution, filtration, and biological decay that occur while water moves through the aquifer or water table generally remove most harmful substances unless dealing with a major source of contamination. If you do feel like you need a water filtration system, do your homework before hand and find out where your water comes from, the source for your city water or well, height of the water table to the ground surface or location of the aquifer, and possible sources of contamination in your area. Generally, if you get water from a treatment plant, have few sources of contamination, a clean aquifer or a low water table you should have no need for such and expensive filtration system (a Brita will do).
